Inaugural album from Angolan vocalist and guitarist Rui Mingas, with twelve tracks reinterpreting music from some of the greatest composers in the country’s history, including Liceu Vieira Dias - Mingas’ uncle who composed the classic sorrowful classic “Muxima”. Recod is relatively clean with only two scuffs covering the first two tracks on both sides, plays with audible background noise which lessens as the record plays through on each side. Labels have some water damage and tears. Sleeve is slightly warped from right to left and there is light ring wear on the back cover.
