Brazilian composer, guitarist and pianist Egberto Gismonti delivers an experimental piece of Latin jazz with unpredictable twists and turns. This was the first LP for the ECM label and marked the beginning of a longstanding relationship, which would go on to give him global acclaim. The music is melodious, challenging, rapturous and yet somehow sensitive all at the same time - have a proper listen, you’ll see what I mean. Clean record and labels, plays fine. Sleeve has light edge wear and discolouration on obi.
